Exciting New Camps Coming This Summer!

We are thrilled to introduce four brand-new camps this summer, giving campers even more ways to explore, play, and grow!

🎭 Musical Theatre Camp (For campers that have completed Grades 2-6)
Take center stage in Finding Nemo Jr.! Over two weeks, campers will dive into rehearsals, learning lines, choreography, and songs as they bring this iconic story to life. The camp wraps up with a big show for family and friends—so get ready to make a splash on stage!

🚀 Rocket Camp (For campers that have completed Grades 6-8)
Get ready to blast off! Campers will design, build, and launch their own rockets while diving into the science of flight and propulsion. The grand finale? Launch day—where campers will send their rockets soaring and see their hard work take off!

🏸 Racket Sports Camp (For campers that have completed Grades 3-6)
Swing, rally, and smash your way through a fun-filled week of badminton, tennis, ping pong, and pickleball! Campers will develop agility, strategy, and confidence through engaging drills, friendly competitions, and game-based learning. This camp is the perfect place to sharpen skills and have a blast on the courts!

🤖 VEX V5 Robotics Camp (For campers that have completed Grades 8-9)
Calling all future engineers! Using the VEX V5 system, campers will design, build, and program robots to take on exciting challenges. Whether you are preparing for robotics competitions or just love building cool things, this camp will put creativity and problem-solving to the test.

CDS Summer Camp registration opens Tuesday, February 4th at 5:00pm!

Land Acknowledgment

The Country Day School wishes to recognize and acknowledge the land on which the school operates. Our nearest Indigenous Nations are now the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Chippewas of Georgina Island. The Dish with One Spoon Wampum covenant is often cited as an example of the shared responsibility for caring for these lands among the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples who would call these their traditional territories. CDS respects the relationship with these lands and recognizes that our connection to this land can be strengthened by our continued relationship with all First Nations, by acknowledging our shared responsibility to respect and care for the land and waters for future generations.
