Graduation Day

Our Graduation Day ceremonies will take place on Thursday, June 12th.

Grade 6 & 8
ceremony will commence at 9am - there are no tickets needed for this event.

Our Grade 12 Senior School Graduation Day Ceremony will take place on Thursday, June 12th at 1:00 pm. It will be a ticketed event similar to our Music Nights. Tickets will be made available exclusively to Graduating Year families on Thursday, May 1st at 10:00 am to a maximum of four tickets per family. In order to make sure all families can book the best available seats, we ask that families only book the number of seats they actually need for this event.

You will access these four tickets using a unique code for your family. These codes will only be live until Tuesday, May 13th at 7:00 pm, after which time the remaining tickets will be made available to all families to book any extra tickets needed for additional family members. All reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. This process is designed to make SS Graduation Day less stressful and ensure fair seating for everyone.

Land Acknowledgment

The Country Day School wishes to recognize and acknowledge the land on which the school operates. Our nearest Indigenous Nations are now the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Chippewas of Georgina Island. The Dish with One Spoon Wampum covenant is often cited as an example of the shared responsibility for caring for these lands among the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee peoples who would call these their traditional territories. CDS respects the relationship with these lands and recognizes that our connection to this land can be strengthened by our continued relationship with all First Nations, by acknowledging our shared responsibility to respect and care for the land and waters for future generations.
